Frank Cemetery

The Frank Cemetery sits on top of the hill above the Old Stone Church Cemetery in Penn Township, Huntingdon County, PA. The cemetery can be accessed off of Rt. 26 on Garner Road. The cemetery is located on property currently owned by the Morningstar Family. You can view photos of the tombstones by clicking on the links.


Henry Summers, d. 8/31/1809 at 11y


Susannah, daughter of Henry & Barbara Summers, d. 7/22/1819 at 12y 7m 10d


John Michael Garner, b. 1728, died at 80y, Catharine, Revolutionary War


Abraham Grubb, d. 5/8/1871 at 35y 4m


Elizabeth Grubb, wife of Abraham, d. 3/31/1863 at 81y 6m 23d


Elizabeth, daughter of Daniel & Mary Myers, d. 3/4/1843 at 16d


Jacob, son of Daniel & Mary Myers, d. 4/7/1842


Sarah Wilson, wife of Thomas, died 7/24/1824 in her 73rd year


Thomas Wilson, died 4/27/1836 in his 95th year


There are many unmarked field stones in this cemetery also. I have one additional photo in the 

Other Families photo album that obviously is inscribed, but I can not read it.


In her book, The Lost and Forgotten Cemeteries of Huntingdon County Pennsylvania, 

Linneria B. Wheland also lists the following stones:


Jacob Grubb, died 11/30/1826 at 47 years, 1 month, and 13 days


Henry Auman, died 11/16/1827 at 24 years, 10 months


W. B., 1804


B. B., 1806


A. K., 1814
