This document is done in German, so there is no way I am transcribing it! I e-mailed a copy to one of the German professors at Juniata College, but she was unable to "read the old writing" to translate it for me. It was in a box of items I purchased at the estate sale of Richard White (1937-2001), who was a son of William Bruce White and Eleanor Barr.
