This farm was located in Penn Township, Huntingdon County, PA on land taken by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers to construct Raystown Lake. It was located in the vicinity of their maintenance building.

Hi Deb, I just love this site. Thomas and Nancy Snyder Norris are my 3g grandparents. Their son Rev. Sam Norris was my gg grandfather. He was married to Hannah Dell. I will be adding some photos to this site in the future. I love your photo of Finks Bridge. My hubby and I have looked for that bridge for a long time. Now I know why we couldn't find it. LOL

Hi Gloria, this farm was owned by Samuel Jacob Norris (1901-1971) and his wife, Orpha (McDonald) Norris. I have more information on this line if you want to e-mail me.
