Granddaughter Betsy Garner Carpenter corrects that "Meanwhile, here are a couple corrections regarding my Grandma Garner's (Harriet Maud Norris Garner) obituary. She died on July 15, 1961. The obit says 1962. I'm hoping this can be changed to 1961. Also, my father, Elwood Arthur Garner, and his family (my mother Emma Wilson Smith Garner, my brother Stephen Elwood Garner and I) lived in Fairport, New York outside Rochester. Grandma suffered a cerebral hemorage while visiting us. Freeport, as printed in the obituary, is incorrect."
