Train Wreck near Hummel
The Hummel Station was located near Shy Beaver on the Huntingdon & Broad Top Mountain Railroad line. The wreck happened on May 5, 1942, when a H&BT freight train collided with the one car Toonerville. Frank L. Greenleaf was killed in the wreck.
