This picture was provided to me by my mother, Sarah May Showalter who is the little girl standing in the front row. She was born in 1913 so the photograph was probably taken in 1915 - 1916.
She always told me this was taken on decoration day. I have the names of the other people in the photograph if you'd like to have them. I can be reached at mtnrivers@att.net.
I certainly appreciate all the work that Frank has done on the Showalter Genealogy! I'm glad I was able to share a photograph with him that will hopefully prove useful to other Showalter and McConnaughey family researchers!
