The town of Aitch was lost when the US Army Corps of Engineers built Raystown Lake. It was in the heart of the Woodcock Valley, near the town of Marklesburg. The late Clair Hetrick took photos of every house in Aitch. Some of these are his photos, and others were given to me by other family members of nearby homes in the hills surrounding Aitch. In most cases, I have listed the last family to live there. You can find the names of previous residents on the Property Owners page.
