The photo was submitted by his grandson, Richard Fisher. Charles and his brother Edward ran a restaurant in Wyanet on IL Route 6 & 34 called the Wayside Cafe. The CCC camp was located behind Forest Hill Cemetery. The Burlington Northern Railroad was nearby. Charles is picture in front of the restaurant; the upstairs provided lodging for travelers.
