Researching the Lee family. Robert Lee and wife Elizabeth purchased land in the Woodcock Valley in 1795 and at least some of it was passed down through his son James and his son John.  The property was lost when it had to be sold to pay debts at the death of John Lee in 1875.

About Me

Hello.  I am a descendant by way of the marriage of Sarah Hallman (Heilman) and David Ashenfelter (Ashalter).  Sarah's Father was Isaac Hallman and Mother was Rebecca Isett.

I have been researching my family since I retired about 7 years ago.  I've joined several lineal groups and hope to prove my ancestry for posterity.  Thank you for the opportunity to join this family group. I hope to learn more about my  Isett family.
