About Me

Joseph Barton Henderson of Cornpropst Mills was my gggrandfather and, while he says he was born in NJ like his father, his mother came from NY. In over 60 years of looking for his parents I have still no clues.

About Me

I started doing my Clark genealogy several years ago. My father was born and raised in Huntingdon County, but I had never lived there and only visited ny aunt in Shade Gap a few times when I was a child.  Since then I have found my family lines have been in Huntingdon since the 1700's, being among the early settlers to the area. My first Clark there was Neal Clark of the Tod area.  My other lines in the county include Houck, Corbin, Baker, Benson, Peterson, Hatt, Cassady, Kelley, and Devor.  I welcome contact from any other researchers.
