Today, I was able to complete the list of CCC names I have from around the Huntingdon County area. I scoured my notes from when I was in college to list anyone who had ties to Huntingdon and the surrounding counties. My list is not inclusive...I'm sure I'm missing many, many people. However, these were the names I was able to round up. If you know of other names, or can help me fill in missing information, please contact me. There is an information form you can complete for the CCC Roll Call.
Nancy Dillon Block sent me the first completed form today on her father, Paul C. Dillon. He served at camp S-112 Detweiler, which was better known as the Martin's Gap camp. Thank you so much, Nancy; your dad is added to my list! Nancy has photos and other documents she is going to send to me. When I receive them, I will start a CCC photo album.
Keep the names coming...
